This interesting ruin is situated just besides Blackrock DART station and can be overlooked from the bridges crossing the rails. Just as you can see from the picture below:

When I went there on a Sunday evening between winter and spring, some kids were playing around in the grounds and by doing so, showed me the way to get behind the ailing walls. The place is covered by countless graffiti and the old basin is now covered by sand from the beach. There is an impressing and half dismantled diving platform on the south-east corner, I would guess it'a a 10 m platform.

Anyone knows why the only outdoor swimming pool in Dublin and around has been abandoned?

The swimming pool is disused since 1930.
