Situated a little bit outside of Dublin in Blanchardstown, NAC is not the easiest swimmingpool to go to. Better you have a car.
Once arrived you will feel like: finally, a real swimmingpool! And it sure is. Not only the stunning 50 m olympic size pool in one half of the buidling but also the fun, family and relax part in the other half of the building.
Even on weekends the 50 m pool is sufficiantly empty to swim. Some kids don't really behave and are not enough reprehended by the guards but compared to other pools on weekend, this one is still quite calm.
The changing rooms are still a little dirty. From the price you pay for this pool, you would expect more neatness.
Recently, NAC won the White Flag Award for the 2nd year running and is the only 50 metre facility in Ireland with this award.
