good, friendly service from the staff here although I would say in order to trust an opinion on some of the higher specced road bikes, ask the staff which type of bike they use.
Some of the mountain bikers will be lacking the deeper knowledge you may need although will still be very good.
I have had good service from Derlon, Dom and I have found Adrian is superbly approachable (phone and in person) and has ridden all over Europe.
The store sometimes falls short by not stocking items that are present on the website.
Also, when testing a bike, make sure they fit it to you as best as possible, not quickly from some anonymous mechanic in the back and tweaked by a junior member of staff.
