i was heading for the door and the
shop keeper says to the other "i just rooked a chain"


It basically sells a comprehensive range of gear, however I went into the Roman Road branch the other day and bought a chain for £15 which is worth 10 or less. as i went out the guy said "i just rooked a chain" to the other!.

i heard that.

I thought I'd give an independent shop a try instead of Halfords. Probably he thought i hadn't lived in tower hamlets since before the yuppies moved in and that i'm not on benefits, because i come i'm from the sticks and i've got a North Face jacket from the sale. anyway even though i'm poor, i cycle every day, and of the several times i've been in there in the last 13 years, i won't be spending again there!

Even the first time i went in they said "you can't bring bikes in here!" what? how i am i going to show you what i want to get!
