Brilliant shop - staff helpful and courteous -this is now going to be my regular bike shop from now on and they are not overpriced!

Recently went shoping for a ladies bike for my Girlfriend ,This was the second shop we found on our 8 shop journey across the city.
We found the bike she wanted which the owner allowed her to take for a test drive without any question. It was 199euro .We decided to keep looking as we wanted to find the best bargin, after 3 hours we got to the last shop which also had the bike but wanted 270 euro ,after we explained that a shop in fairview was selling it for 199 he called his boss and he said they can do it for 200euro so we decided it was best to go back to this shop as we feel that it had the best price, staff, customer service and just it felt right.
Looking forward to another visit soon.

Little sport was recommended to me by a friend and all though I was told about their friendly staff and great ambience about the shop I was still surprised in a very good way. The staff could not be more helpful if they tried, the service is second to none. They do listen to your needs and choose your bike accordingly without trying to up-sell. The other thing that is absolutely free in this little gem is great advice and kind smiles all round. They have me as a loyal customer for years to come.

I purchased a bike recently from this shop. I've needed to call in on a couple of occasions since then to buy some accessories, rain clothing etc. I have to say that the service is fantastic - everyone is so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem to them. A real family-run, personal business giving great value and service - we could do with more of this these days.

I was at Little Sport to purchase a used bike. I had chosen my bike but it still needed some repairs so I wanted to come back the next day. I asked to have a shimano derailleur and payed a downpayment for the price we agreed on.
Next day I didn't have a shimano derailleur but some generic one. The guy made it clear that there will be no shimano for the price I payed. I still took the bike (I had to get home somehow!) but was not very happy with customer service and how they handled the situation.

I use it for small repairs on my bike because it is close to work (East Point Business Park) - drop it in on the way to the office and collect in the afternoon.
