Instead of laying our focus on countries, we'd rather lay it on cities because that's where most expatriates will end up and it's also the most anonymous place where internet can help you best to find what you are looking for.

We decided to use the wiki format because we would like you to particpate and bring the information to live. However, the articles should be based on some real facts and not just opinions.
