Dublin is a lot like London when it comes to street fashion. The short skirts and high heels in all different colours are quite eye catching. Even in the cold Dublin wind, girls will go out in the streets at night wearing summer dresses. 

Another point is the footwear itself. Typically, women will go to work wearing leisure shoes and change in the office. It's funny to see them dressed up but with sport shoes.
