Casablanca stands in front of the atlantic ocean, this means you'll find some very nice seaview apartments. 

However the best places to live are (my point of view) between the Twin Center and the Bld Mouley Youssef. This quarter is called Gauthier and is very good for work/bars/restaurant, trees (I like to have some green around me, not nothing but concrete.

If you have more money and can rent or buy a house, ANFA is the most delicate neightborhood in Casablanca. Californie (like California :) is also very nice but a bit too far from city center. It's close to CasaNearShore. As well, close to Casablanca you have the very nice cities of Dar Boaza, facing the see, and Mohamedia. Both are a good 30 minutes ride from Casablanca.
