I gave this bike into these idiots asking them to replace a worn part. A couple of days later they rang up and asked what the problem with the bike was. The problem was obvious especially as I had told them what was wrong and and what needed to be replaced. I'm not an expert on bicycles but my uncle, a retired mechanic is and he was the one who knew what needed to be done.

I told them I would get it fixed elsewhere and the pr**k hung up on me.

They are rude and they don't know the first thing about fixing a bike.

There are plenty of other bike stores in Galway. There's no need to get messed around in this one.
